For 25 years of its existence, the ISIDA clinic has become a second home for many of our employees. Here they not only work and develop professionally, but also find real friends and even give birth to their own children. Anna Shtokalova, Head of the Department for Work with Foreign Clients and Contractors, shared her story about work and life at the ISIDA clinic with us:
“I joined the ISIDA team right after graduating from university, so we have been together for 9 years. At first I was an assistant to the general director, then I moved to the position of quality manager, and today I head the international department – I coordinate cooperation with foreign patients and agents. Frankly, I’ve never thought about changing jobs, I’m a fan of my business. When you see the happy faces of parents holding a newborn baby in their arms, you realize that you are doing everything right. Over the years, ISIDA has become for me not only a place of professional formation, a company with which I want to develop and grow in the future, but also a second home. Here I found people who have become an integral part of my life – my colleagues and I are friends with families. And ISIDA is also a place where dreams come true: my son was born here. When I found out that I was pregnant, there was no question who I would entrust my most valuable treasure to. I knew for sure that I would give birth in the walls of my native clinic!”
As the head of the service department, Anna knows how important an individual approach and high-quality service are for the clients of the ISIDA clinic. Every year, more than 1,500 foreign patients who want to become parents come to us. That is why the Center for Cooperation with Foreign Patients occupies a special place in our clinic.
For the most comfortable passage of the program in the clinic, the patient is accompanied by a personal manager who helps in organizing all medical visits, paperwork, and also takes care of many organizational issues during the patient’s stay in Ukraine (organization of a meeting at the airport, assistance in selecting a hotel, organization of movement around the city, organization of leisure). The managers of our Center speak English, Spanish, Italian, French, German and Chinese, which allows us to work comfortably with patients from all over the world.
