On October 24-26, 2018, ISIDA successfully passed an independent audit for compliance of the quality of medical services provided with international standards. As a result of this inspection, the clinic has already received for the second time the certificate of international accreditation of medical institutions according to the British standard QHA Trent for a period of three years.
The certificate of accreditation in the field of medical quality according to the international standard QHA Trent is an industry quality standard that is issued by an independent expert commission of the United Kingdom. QHA Trent is a holistic standard for assessing the compliance of healthcare institutions – with a special focus on the services provided specifically by them. Unlike the ISO standard, which is industrial and describes the unified processes taking place in any organization, QHA Trent was created for medicine and is accredited by the International Society for Quality in Healthcare. For the first time, the QHA Trent certificate was obtained by the ISIDA clinic in the fall of 2016, at that time ISIDA was the first and only clinic in Ukraine whose quality of medical services was so highly appreciated by international experts.
And this time the inspectors were satisfied with the level and organization of processes in the clinic, the introduction of new policies and procedures that help ISIDA meet European and international quality standards. The members of the commission noted the high level of professionalism of all specialists, the desire for improvement and focus on the needs of the patient. In addition, the result of the commission’s work was not only obtaining a certificate, but also successfully passing the Family and Friends Testtoys test. This means that the members of the commission will be happy to recommend ISIDA to their relatives and friends. Family and Friends Test is introduced in the UK at the state level, and its results are published by the National Health Service of Great Britain. This is the highest rating for the ISIDA clinic!
