ISIDA Clinic received an award from a medical search engine WhatClinic.com based on patient care quality ratings.
WhatClinic reviewed 12 months of data from users of its website, in relation to the ISIDA clinic, including patient ratings, feedback data and contact ratings. In 2016, more than 17 million people visited the site WhatClinic.com to find and compare different clinics.
ISIDA Clinic became only one of the few clinics on the site that met the strict standards required to receive the award. The clinic not only has a consistently high rating of ServiceS core™, but also showed a high level of customer service for a whole year. Less than 2% of clinics from all over the world received such an award this year.
Victor Kozin, CEO and founder of the ISIDA clinic: “Our strategy is primarily focused on the patient: to meet his needs, his needs. The most important value for us are genuine joyful moments when a woman learns about the most intimate, about her pregnancy and the birth of a new life, or when a couple takes their child in their arms for the first time. We are involved in the amazing world of a new life – and we are ready to help everyone who is desperate, and for whom the dream of having their own baby should come true. We are grateful to our partner Whatclinic for the well-established joint work, where we all act as the main assistants to our foreign patients.
We are very pleased to be recognized for our dedication to patients. In practice, this is what we focus on every day, in everything we do and we are very pleased to receive such a positive feedback from our patients!”
WhatClinic.com CEO Caelen King congratulated ISIDA and said, “Our award is in its 7th year and this is the first time we’ve introduced a tactic where the data we use to calculate the award is displayed on the site. Such ratings are useful for both patients and clinics. Consumers can see which clinics have received a high rating from other users, and clinics can evaluate their position in relation to other players on the market, ideally in order to improve their level of service for patients, which, ultimately, is good for everyone.
“We believe that by providing consumers with as much information as possible, we can improve private health services for everyone. With our award, we honor clinics that devote themselves to the highest level of customer service and put the patient at the heart of their activities”
