Tout ce que je fais est pour son bien. Pr\u00e9server les valeurs de base, cr\u00e9er une famille forte, \u00e9lever des enfants, construire une maison, un th\u00e9\u00e2tre ou une clinique, c&rsquo;est aussi du patriotisme. Je suis ukrainien et j&rsquo;en suis fier.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u00c0 propos de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Notre approche est que nous ne nourrissons pas les m\u00e9decins \u00e9toiles-nous formons une \u00e9quipe, ou plut\u00f4t, nous cr\u00e9ons des \u00e9quipes sur les directions. Par exemple, s&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un accouchement, dans le d\u00e9partement d&rsquo;obst\u00e9trique, tous les m\u00e9decins sont \u00e9quivalents en termes d&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9s. \u00c0 son tour, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe a int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 ne pas avoir de joueurs faibles. \u00c0 ISIDA, la valeur du service ne s&rsquo;arr\u00eate pas au m\u00e9decin. \u00c0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de lui se trouvent de nombreux sp\u00e9cialistes: sages-femmes, infirmi\u00e8res, personnel m\u00e9dical Junior et bien d&rsquo;autres. Toute cette \u00e9quipe travaille pour s&rsquo;assurer que le patient re\u00e7oit un service de qualit\u00e9 complet. Notre patient ne choisit pas un m\u00e9decin, notre patient choisit ISIDA!<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Sur l&rsquo;honn\u00eatet\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Pour ISIDA, le plus important est la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du patient. Par cons\u00e9quent, nous devons toujours \u00eatre responsables et honn\u00eates. La culture de l&rsquo;honn\u00eatet\u00e9 est l&rsquo;un des outils fondamentaux d&rsquo;ISIDA. C&rsquo;est ce que le patient attend de nous.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u00c0 propos des femmes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai toujours trait\u00e9 la femme dans son ensemble comme une divinit\u00e9. C&rsquo;est assez path\u00e9tique, mais c&rsquo;est vrai. Vu de ce point de vue, il est important pour moi qu&rsquo;ISIDA soit le cr\u00e9ateur de la sant\u00e9, du bonheur et du bien-\u00eatre des femmes. Les femmes m\u00e9ritent d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir une relation sp\u00e9ciale avec elles.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Sur le d\u00e9veloppement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>L&rsquo;histoire d&rsquo;ISIDA est \u00e9volutive. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 construite par les femmes elles-m\u00eames, c&rsquo;est le r\u00e9sultat de leurs souhaits. Maintenant, il en va de m\u00eame pour la p\u00e9diatrie: apr\u00e8s une p\u00e9riode de patronage, les m\u00e8res ne veulent pas nous quitter, ce qui signifie que la clinique doit se d\u00e9velopper et se d\u00e9velopper. Chacun de nos employ\u00e9s est pr\u00e9cieux, car chacun fa\u00e7onne une image positive d&rsquo;ISIDA pour les patients.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Sur les qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Nous consacrons beaucoup de temps et de ressources financi\u00e8res \u00e0 la formation du personnel. Nous soutenons les initiatives de la part des m\u00e9decins en termes de perfectionnement professionnel. Mais en m\u00eame temps, nous ne sommes pas tr\u00e8s p\u00e9dants \u00e0 propos des diff\u00e9rents titres et Regalia. Beaucoup plus important pour nous n&rsquo;est pas la th\u00e8se de doctorat, mais l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience r\u00e9elle, la pratique clinique du m\u00e9decin, surtout si elle est obtenue dans les murs de la clinique ISIDA. C&rsquo;est une valeur absolument unique pour nous en tant qu&rsquo;entreprise, car en plus de la partie m\u00e9dicale, il y a aussi une culture d&rsquo;entreprise \u00e0 ISIDA.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Sur la culture<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>L&rsquo;intelligence du m\u00e9decin est une question d&rsquo;\u00e9ducation et de culture. Si, au d\u00e9part, une personne est intrins\u00e8quement cynique, alors il est n\u00e9cessaire de se s\u00e9parer m\u00eame de la \u00abStar\u00bb \u2013 laissez-la apporter des flux de tr\u00e9sorerie \u00e0 une autre clinique, cela ne nous convient pas.
